Refund policy
Click here to be taken to our refund/exchange request page. If customer service does not reach out to you confirming your request within 2 business days, please email sales@armateqapparel.com.
We accept items purchased at full price to be returned for a refund. To be eligible for refunds:
- Return must be requested within 30 days after order arrives
- Clothing must be unworn and undamaged in original condition *with tag still attached*
- Not a final sale item
US customers: We now offer return labels with UPS for a $9 USD restocking fee. The restocking fee is subtracted from the total amount refunded. Your label will be emailed to you once your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for dropping off their order at a local UPS drop-off location. You can find a local UPS drop off location here.
If you wish to organize your own shipping method, we are not responsible for duties/taxes that may occur upon arrival into Canada. If additional fees do occur, we will subtract the amount owed from what is to be refunded.
Canadian customers: Shipping returns are done so at the customer's expense. Customers must submit a request through our returns portal so we know what is being returned.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges on items at this time unless you are able to drop items off at our HQ in Vancouver, Canada. If you wish to try a different size, we recommend requesting a return for the previous item and then placing a new order.
Shipping Information For Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders allow our customers to put ‘dibs’ on our incoming inventory that has yet to land on Canadian soil.
What this means for you is that by placing an order with one or more pre-order items, we will pack and ship your order as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
We do our best to provide you with the most accurate expected delivery dates within the product pages.
Some delays may occur as a result of our inventory getting held at the points of import for inspections, as well as other manufacturing delays which are beyond our control.
Once all of your items are in stock and ready to ship, you can expect the shipment and delivery times as mentioned above.
As always, if for whatever reason you’d like to change or cancel your pre-order, you may do so with no questions asked as long as you let us know before we ship it out to you.
