Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

Please note that during busier seasons such as upcoming holidays, you may see postal service problems that are outside of our control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer a standard flat and expedited rate to countries within North America. This includes Canada and the United States. 

Shipping Rates

We offer domestic (Canada) and international shipping worldwide.

At this time, we do not ship to the following countries: South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, New Caledonia, Marquesas Islands

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties and Taxes (Tariffs)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ARMATEQ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

No liability for tariffs:

ARMATEQ Apparel is not liable for any tariffs, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the US government or any other authority  by placing an order with ARMATEQ Apparel, customers acknowledge and accept this policy. 

Refusing An Order

In the event that a customer refuses an order due to duties and taxes (tariffs), ARMATEQ Apparel Inc. is not responsible for ensuring that the order returns to our fulfillment center in Montreal, Canada, within a timely manner. Orders may take over 1 month to return to their destination of origin. ARMATEQ Apparel Inc. will not issue a refund to the customer until the order has been received at our fulfillment center.  

The customer is responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, and fees incurred post-refusal. Refunds will be issued as follows: the order amount minus duties, fees, and tariffs. Additionally, shipping and fulfillment costs will be deducted, regardless of whether the order qualified for free shipping. Shipping and fulfillment costs range from $17–21 and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  

As a small business, we kindly ask customers to be mindful that placing these costs on us is extremely detrimental to our operations. We believe customers must take responsibility for their purchases and any associated fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@armateqapparel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note any pre-sale items at the time of purchase. Some items may be over a two month delay period. They will indicate on the product page the expected shipment date. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition; we will refund the full order amount minus a $12 USD restocking fee. Please reach out to us to receive a return label from UPS. 

If the customer choses to return the package with their own carrier, we are not responsible for the duties and taxes that may occur; they will be subtracted from the total amount refunded. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@armateqapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Re-Delivery 

If the chosen carrier attempts delivery to you but fails several times, they will be forced to return the items to us, in this case we have now paid for the shipping fee and the return cost, if a customer needs us to re-ship their package, they would be responsible for paying the return cost and the fee to ship the package again for them, if they choose to opt into a cancellation instead, the return cost would then be deducted from their refund subtotal.

Shipping Information For Pre-Orders 

Pre-Orders allow our customers to put ‘dibs’ on our incoming inventory that has yet to land on Canadian soil. 

What this means for you is that by placing an order with one or more pre-order items, we will pack and ship your order as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

We do our best to provide you with the most accurate expected delivery dates within the product pages.

Some delays may occur as a result of our inventory getting held at the points of import for inspections, as well as other manufacturing delays which are beyond our control.

Once all of your items are in stock and ready to ship, you can expect the same shipment and delivery times as mentioned above.

As always, if for whatever reason you’d like to change or cancel your pre-order, you may do so with no questions asked as long as you let us know before we ship it out to you.
